Natural Skin Care Recipe: Toner (or Aftershave) for Dry Skin

After cleansing your face, it is a good idea to follow with a toner to help restore the pH balance of the skin.

Toner for Dry Skin

2 ounces aloe vera gel
2 ounces orange-blossom water
1 teaspoon vinegar
6 drops rose geranium essential oil
4 drops Sandalwood essential oil
1 drop chamomile essential oil
1 drop jasmine essential oil, optional
800 International Units of vitamin E oil (You can use the contents of two 400 international unit vitamin E capsules.)

Combine the ingredients and store in a small glass container or jar. Shake well before each use. Dab toner onto face using cotton balls or pads.
